Age Requirement: You must be 18+ to create an account
Email: Provide a valid email address for secure login
Security: Keep your password safe and don't share account details
Personal Use: One account per person for family storytelling

Children’s Personal Data: Not required. Stories can be created without using children’s names.

Payment & Billing

All payments processed securely through Stripe
Subscriptions automatically renew each month
If payment fails, we may need to pause your service temporarily
Cancel anytime from your account dashboard - no hassle
Service continues until the end of your current billing period
All sales are final (except where required by UK law)

Your Rights & Our Responsibilities

Service reliability: We work hard to keep our service available 99% of the time, though occasional maintenance may briefly interrupt service. AI services may sometimes be temporarily unavailable.

Fair limitations: Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before any issue. We can't be responsible for indirect damages, but we'll always work to make things right.
